Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE for all orders over £20 (UK only).. 

Once we have received your order, our shipping team will endeavour to dispatch the goods as quickly as possible. We usually dispatch orders the same working day or the day after we receive them (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays in the UK).

We mainly use Royal Mail and your order will be sent using 1st class service. Please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail or, for larger orders, via other carriers.

Royal Mail aim to deliver letters and parcels within two or three working days, including Saturdays.

Postage charges include handling and packing charges, as well as postage.
