Sea Moss is a type of seaweed that grows naturally in the ocean. It is also known as Irish Moss or Chondrus Crispus. Sea Moss has been used for centuries in traditional Irish and Jamaican cuisine and is commonly used as a thickening agent in soups, stews, desserts, smoothies/beverages or taken on it's own.

The Sea Moss Gel comes in a big glass jar, labelled and with instructions, which is really helpful. You can decant it into smaller jars and freeze some for later use. The seller packaged my Sea Moss really well to ensure it didn't break and the product shipped very quickly.
